In general, our Premium service takes 45 minutes, our Luxe services takes approximately 1h30m, and our Ultra service takes approximately 2 hours – not including any added extra services. This may be subject to change longer during busier shopping days and holiday periods.

Valet Spa is not a drive-through, automatic or a while-you-wait car wash service. Most automatic and budget-priced car washes run on a volume model, where they aim to wash as many cars as possible, as quickly as possible. We take our time to take care of your car, with a painstakingly thorough, multi-stage manual process. A car wash will get your car clean. A car detail will clean, restore, recondition and protect your vehicle, with noticeable, lasting results.
Professional auto detailers aim to not only improve the appearance of a vehicle, they also consider its condition and longevity, ensuring that the delicate paintwork and interior fabrics are treated and protected using the most suitable tools and products. Dust and debris from the tiniest nooks and crevices will be removed, and extensive attention is paid to the areas that most car washes skip over in the name of speed. When driving your vehicle (or even when it’s parked outside!) your paintwork is exposed to all manner of contaminants from the outside world. Brake dust, tree sap, bird mess, metal dust and more can all become bonded with the clearcoat on your paint.
The clearcoat surface isn’t 100% smooth – rather, it has micro-indentations on it, both from application and from exposure to the outside world, which can easily trap and embed foreign particles, which can combine in larger quantities over time, to dull the appearance of the paint, and potentially cause scratching and swirling.
Using wax on a vehicle without using a clay bar can “seal” these contaminants under a layer of protectant – that’s why we recommend a clay bar as a precursor to wax treatments, for the best possible final results.
At Valet Spa, the safety and security of customers and their vehicles is paramount. All vehicles go through a stringent checking process on arrival, to identify any pre-existing damage or paint swirls. Customers are required to sign into our parking management system, and the vehicle will only be returned to the person who is able to authenticate themselves as the owner. We have full CCTV coverage of our locations, as well as comprehensive liability insurance coverage. All of our staff are heavily vetted and painstakingly trained, and use only the most appropriate tools and products to detail your vehicle.
