Cancelations and Refunds Policy

Our goal is to provide quality car care to all of our customers in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancelations inconvenience not only our providers, but our other customers as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed and canceled appointments.
Valet Spa takes pre-payment for services via our online booking system; this enables our customers to reserve their booking time slot, and notifies our on-site detailing staff and service managers to block out the necessary time for your service type and vehicle size.
We understand that life happens and unforeseen circumstances can occur, which can make it difficult, inconvenient or impossible for you to attend a pre-booked appointment. At Valet Spa, we are dedicated to customer convenience and are more than happy to reschedule, amend or cancel a pre-paid booking. We offer a number of convenient methods for customers to manage their booked appointments.

The portal allows you to reschedule or cancel any pre-booked appointments you have made at Valet Spa. Subject to normal checks, we endeavor to refund any canceled appointment within 5 business days.
You can contact us to request a cancelation or refund via this general contact page – either using the contact form or by contacting the relevant site directly by phone. One of our staff will assist you in either rescheduling or refunding your booking. As above, subject to normal checks, we endeavor to process all refund requests within 5 business days.
Cancelation / Late Fees
Valet Spa does not impose any fees, penalties or surcharges for cancelations, rearranged bookings or late attendance, although we do ask that our customers remain mindful of the impact this can have on our other patrons, and request that you let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule, using one of the above methods.
Refunds and Disputes
Instead of raising a dispute with your bank or card provider, please contact us. We offer a complete satisfaction guarantee at Valet Spa and can provide a resolution quicker than your bank or card provider.
If you were unable to attend an appointment, we will refund your payment in full with no quibbles. If you received a service at Valet Spa that did not meet your expectations, please contact us to raise a complaint. Our business is built on customer satisfaction and we will endeavor to do what’s necessary to resolve your complaint.
